Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the recruitment process for drivers, the full-time remote Driver Recruiter will screen, interview, and determine hiring eligibility while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and transportation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data and review background checks to determine qualifications
• Effectively communicate U.S. Xpress' mission and culture to prospective candidates

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or related field
• Preferred experience in the transportation and/or logistics industry
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
