Driver Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the driver recruitment process, the full-time Driver Recruiter will screen, interview, and hire drivers while maintaining knowledge of transportation regulations and USX hiring guidelines, with a hybrid work environment that includes both remote and in-office responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the driver recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Analyze applicant data and extend offers based on qualifications while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with leadership to manage driver expectations and address recruiting issues effectively

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, inside sales, or related fields
• Transportation and/or Logistics industry experience preferred
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across multiple mediums
