Drop Dispatcher

Job Summary

To support efficient service delivery, the full-time hourly Drop Dispatcher will manage service calls, schedule installations for internet and video services, and coordinate field technicians remotely while ensuring timely customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor dispatch schedules for field technicians to ensure timely installations
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on service requests and specifications
• Maintain accurate logs and reports on service calls and outages while addressing customer needs professionally

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One to two years of experience dispatching field personnel preferred
• Prior experience in cable or internet services is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Chrome Browser, and Oracle Field Services preferred
• One to two years of customer service experience preferred
