To support product availability and customer success, the hybrid Drop Ship Support Specialist will manage inquiries related to drop ship products, collaborate with various teams to resolve fulfillment challenges, and maintain data accuracy across systems in a role based in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for drop ship product availability and open order inquiries
- Collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment challenges
- Monitor and manage unshipped orders to accelerate fulfillment and invoicing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, customer service, product management, sales, operations, or procurement
- Post-secondary technical education preferred
- Experience with ERP and business systems such as SAP
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
