Job Summary
Working remotely as a contractor, the DTP Specialist will format and recreate translated documents using tools like Adobe InDesign and MS Word, ensuring they meet quality standards while collaborating with various teams to deliver client-ready files on time.
Key responsibilities
- Format and recreate translated documents in InDesign and Word, adhering to quality standards and client guidelines
- Prepare files for translation and finalize them post-translation, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with the Operations team to provide time estimates and address DTP-related inquiries
Required qualifications
- Advanced experience with Adobe InDesign and strong skills in MS Word for complex formatting
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator
- At least 2 years of DTP experience, preferably in localization or translation
- Intermediate English proficiency to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with close attention to detail
