Due Diligence Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with international partners, the remote Due Diligence Analyst will support the onboarding of new fintech and financial institution partners by ensuring compliance with due diligence, risk, and AML standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support due diligence reviews for new and existing partners, including fintech companies and financial institutions
• Communicate regularly with prospective partners to clarify requirements, timelines, and documentation needs
• Conduct third-party risk management processes, including KYC, KYB, and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related functions within financial services or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies and potential risk indicators in documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with external and internal stakeholders
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
