Job Summary
Serving as the primary business-side liaison for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM program, the remote Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant will partner with commercial leadership to define CRM priorities and drive adoption across sales and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leadership to define CRM priorities, adoption objectives, and enhancement needs
- Translate commercial requirements into actionable CRM capabilities and enhancement requests
- Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 across sales and commercial teams while facilitating discussions among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated experience in CRM adoption, sales transformation, or commercial-process improvement
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales methodology, and commercial operations
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into CRM improvements
- Ability to engage credibly with senior commercial and sales executives
