Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Summary

Supporting a Department of Veterans Affairs project, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will design, customize, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) while collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and Azure tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)
• Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
