Job Summary
Supporting the enhancement of a mission-critical platform, the remote Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer will configure, develop, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions while providing Tier III user support and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes while providing Tier III support to users
- Support application release management, deployment, and troubleshooting in a secure federal environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform
- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an enterprise setting
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including development of business processes and reports
- Proficiency in extending Dynamics 365 using .NET Framework and JavaScript, with familiarity in React or jQuery
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and experience with application release and deployment processes
