Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant
Job Summary
To support Army Finance modernization, the remote Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant will configure and validate financial processes, focusing on Core Finance and Fixed Assets assignments while applying their expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and translate financial requirements into Dynamics 365 Finance configurations
- Configure financial dimensions, workflows, and controls, maintaining accurate configuration documentation
- Define and validate reconciliation between financial records and authoritative property systems, coordinating with subject matter experts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ERP financial implementation, including 3+ years configuring Dynamics 365 Finance
- Hands-on experience with general ledger, budget controls, and financial close for Core Finance assignments
- 3+ years configuring Dynamics 365 Finance fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation for Fixed Assets assignments
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into configuration and coordinate with functional and technical stakeholders
