Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Job Summary
Bringing deep expertise in Dynamics 365, the full-time Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will lead business discovery, functional solution design, and presales activities remotely, engaging with clients to translate their needs into actionable project plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and translate customer requirements into future-state processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Develop statements of work and project scopes, estimating functional effort and identifying risks and dependencies
- Partner with sales to deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations that align Dynamics 365 solutions with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of Dynamics 365 functional consulting experience with multiple completed implementations
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least one core area of Dynamics 365, such as ERP or CRM applications
- Experience leading discovery workshops and producing clear requirements and functional designs
- Familiarity with Power Platform and its role in Dynamics 365 solutions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales, technical, and marketing teams
