Job Summary
Seeking a senior observability leader, the remote Dynatrace Observability Lead will guide delivery quality, mentor junior consultants, and lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements while positioned for growth into broader leadership within the Observability Services group.
Key responsibilities
- Guide delivery quality across the Dynatrace practice and mentor recently certified consultants
- Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements, including maturity assessments and product selection
- Shape practice direction by developing service offerings, delivery methodologies, and team capabilities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace experience in production enterprise environments
- 10+ years of experience in the observability landscape, including APM and infrastructure monitoring
- Demonstrated success in delivering strategy engagements and producing executive-quality deliverables
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong client presence and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership
