E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist
Job Summary
Managing day-to-day operations with 3PL partners, the full-time remote E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist will ensure accurate and timely delivery of online orders while coordinating new product launches and resolving fulfillment issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, leading weekly meetings to troubleshoot issues and make operational decisions
- Monitor daily DTC order flow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped within service level agreements
- Track and resolve fulfillment exceptions, including backorders and shipping delays, while maintaining inventory levels across fulfillment nodes
Required qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience working directly with 3PL partners in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Hands-on experience with a WMS or 3PL portal and a DTC order management platform (e.g., Shopify)
- Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and pivot tables
