E-Commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support rapid growth, the full-time remote E-Commerce Operations Manager will build, fix, and scale operational processes, manage the supply chain from factory to customer, and negotiate with suppliers while ensuring efficient logistics and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting and inventory management
• Negotiate pricing and terms with international suppliers while continuously improving margins
• Manage logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Proven experience managing 3PLs and fulfillment workflows
• Direct experience working with overseas manufacturers
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on freight and supplier pricing
• Experience in building or improving scalable operational systems
