Job Summary
Seeking a part-time contractor, the E-commerce Product Lead will manage the vision and design of Lula Direct, focusing on enhancing the shopper experience and optimizing conversion rates while working remotely for 15-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Set the shopper-experience vision and create a prioritized roadmap for Lula Direct
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the storefront and product pages
- Identify and eliminate conversion leaks to improve the overall ordering process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer e-commerce or online ordering
- Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing flows, UI, and prototypes
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce UX patterns, including cart and checkout processes
- Able to write clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams
- Proficient in data analysis, including funnel analysis and A/B testing
