Job Summary
To support the E-File team, the remote E-File Team Lead will manage day-to-day operations, oversee a team of 10 to 15 E-File Specialists, and ensure team members meet their objectives while providing training and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team goal setting and foster a positive team culture through effective communication
- Manage daily work assignments, track team metrics, and address performance trends
- Design and conduct training sessions, maintain team documentation, and resolve escalated issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Skye related to E-File processes
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Confluence and Metabase
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
- A dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet of at least 100 Mbps
