E-Learning Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Jr. E-Learning Developer will collaborate with instructional design teams to create engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Rise, ensuring compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards and meeting client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with instructional design teams to develop compelling e-learning courses utilizing Articulate Rise
• Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance and adherence to client specifications
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to verify course functionality and ensure client expectations are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, computer science, or a closely related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing e-learning courses using Articulate Rise
• Strong foundational understanding of SCORM/xAPI and essential e-learning standards
• Availability to work during standard business hours (e.g., 9 AM-5 PM) for effective collaboration
• Candidates must provide their own laptop and Articulate Rise license
