Job Summary

Supporting the planning and implementation of early childhood education programs, the remote Early Education Initiatives Representative will coordinate initiatives across departments, manage project timelines, and develop educational resources while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of early childhood education initiatives across departments and stakeholder groups
• Support project planning and execution by tracking timelines, managing inquiries, and overseeing communication plans
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and implementation plans to communicate program outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, education, human services, or a related field; minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of early childhood education systems and educator professional development
• Experience in leading and managing projects with strong organizational skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams
• Able to drive program improvement through data analysis and trend identification
