Early Childhood Education Professor

Job Summary

To support a commitment to student success, the full-time Global Campus Professor in Early Childhood Education will teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, develop programs and courses, and mentor associate faculty in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality online instruction while fostering a supportive learning environment
• Lead course development and improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with professional standards and accreditation requirements
• Participate in university governance and support faculty and staff in their professional development

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Experience demonstrating adequate training and depth of knowledge in early childhood education
• Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning, particularly in virtual environments
• Commitment to a student-centered Culture of Care and proactive student support
• Ability to effectively balance teaching, service, and administrative responsibilities in an online learning environment
