Job Summary
Supporting strategic planning and policy engagements, the full-time remote Early Childhood Policy Associate will conduct research, analyze data, and assist in stakeholder engagement to improve early childhood education and care systems across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct policy and program research on early childhood topics, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform client decisions
- Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings and draft client deliverables, ensuring clarity and organization in written communications
- Coordinate logistics for stakeholder engagements and facilitate discussions, building relationships within the early childhood ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, public policy, research, or early childhood organizations
- Basic understanding of early childhood systems and a strong interest in further developing this knowledge
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Clear and concise writing ability, with experience in creating well-organized documents and presentations
