Job Summary
Supporting early childhood and human services programs, the full-time remote Advisory Services Analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative research, provide technical assistance, and analyze program performance to enhance policy effectiveness and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Translates research into actionable insights, advising clients on program strategy and decision-making
- Supports monitoring and continuous improvement activities for early childhood programs, assessing performance and compliance
- Aggregates and analyzes data from various sources to identify trends and inform program decisions
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience related to early childhood programs, preferably with Head Start or Early Head Start
- Proven ability to analyze and present data to support program monitoring and decision-making
- Experience with web-based data management software and tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality written products and communicate effectively with stakeholders
