East Coast Licensed Claims Advisor

Job Summary

Handling high-end cases with serious injuries, the full-time Complex Claims Advisor will adjudicate complex customer claims and develop strategies for resolution while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from East Coast locations.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews reports and forms, responds to inquiries, and communicates resolutions to appropriate parties
• Handles complex coverage scenarios and legal inquiries, creating action plans and coordinating with local counsel
• Identifies cases for settlements and manages the subrogation process while participating in mediations and hearings as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
• Ten years of experience handling litigation, including five years of claims management experience
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for East Coast states, specifically NJ, PA, and FL
• Home state licensing preferred
• Experience in developing defense strategies and managing complex claims processes
