EBT Settlement Associate

Job Summary

Performing daily settlement activities and bank account reconciliations, the full-time EBT Settlement Associate will verify payment transactions and resolve discrepancies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify daily funding and settlement activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Research and resolve out-of-balance conditions, matching transactions between system reports and bank statements
• Analyze large volumes of transaction data to identify trends and root causes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience accepted
• 2-5 years of experience in bank reconciliations, settlement operations, and payment processing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables
• Strong understanding of accounting principles related to debits, credits, and financial transactions
• Experience with ACH transactions and wire transfers is highly preferred
