Echocardiography Research Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Echocardiography Research Associate will be responsible for reviewing echocardiograms, developing quantification instructions, and assisting with core laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review echocardiograms and other imaging modalities as needed
• Participate in the development of quantification instructions/manuals and assist with User Acceptance Testing
• Monitor and report on the progress of core laboratory operations to clients

Required qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited bachelor's degree program or work as a Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant, or Pharmacist
• Relevant formal echocardiography accreditation is required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in echocardiography acquisition and image analysis post-accreditation
• Familiarity with transthoracic echocardiography analysis is required
• Experience with Philips Ultrasound Workspace or TomTec software is preferred
