Ecommerce Account Manager
Job Summary
Managing key client accounts in a remote capacity, the full-time Ecommerce Account Manager will provide hands-on assistance and consulting related to ecommerce technologies, ensuring client needs are met while identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and address their needs, ensuring account retention
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client service level agreements and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Provide insights and advice on ecommerce solutions to prospective and existing clients, helping them effectively manage and scale their online sales
Required qualifications
- Proven account management experience in ecommerce
- Experience with Shopify Plus and familiarity with ecommerce tools and platforms
- Strong proficiency in administrative tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software
- Track record of success in managing client accounts within the sports and music industries
- Experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo and shipping/fulfillment platforms
