Ecommerce Demand Planner
Job Summary
To support Skylight's ecommerce operations, the full-time remote Ecommerce Demand Planner will manage demand forecasts for Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels, translating performance and consumer signals into actionable SKU-level plans while collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain bottom-up forecast models for DTC and Amazon globally
- Translate market and operational indicators into SKU-level demand and revenue projections
- Support monthly S&OP forecast cadence, preparing analyses and documenting assumptions
Required qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, or analytics for physical products
- Hands-on experience with forecasting for Amazon and DTC channels
- Strong forecasting fundamentals and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with BI tools for data analysis and report building
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field
