Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the seasonal Amazon Listing Health Specialist will manage product content audits and improve listing accuracy across marketplaces while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the product content listing error workflow by analyzing trends and establishing quality standards
• Drive improvements in listing error and suppression rates across all channels, including the company site and marketplaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with product content quality standards and address customer needs

Required qualifications

• Experience with Amazon and/or other ecommerce platforms
• Proven track record in detail-oriented and problem-solving roles
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer experience focus
• Ability to drive projects independently
• Excellent task management and communication skills
