Ecosystem Development Associate
Job Summary
To support the growth of a partner network, the full-time Ecosystem Development Associate will engage in outreach, relationship-building, and partnership management within the AI startup ecosystem while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support outreach and relationship development with AI startups, developer tools, accelerators, and founder communities
- Help build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities from initial contact through activation
- Coordinate co-marketing, referral, and integration opportunities with partner teams
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role
- Genuine familiarity with the AI startup ecosystem
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Organized and self-motivated with the capability to manage a pipeline independently
- Excitement for contributing to the development of an early-stage initiative
