eCW Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a remote eCW Business Systems Analyst, the ideal candidate will implement, support, optimize, and enhance eClinicalWorks EHR and Practice Management systems while serving as a liaison between clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business analyst for eClinicalWorks EHR and Practice Management workflows
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and recommend process improvements
- Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of eCW modules, and assist with system upgrades and user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Clinical Systems Analyst, or Healthcare IT Analyst
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks eCW EHR and/or Practice Management systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and/or ambulatory practice operations
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements
