EDI Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the EDI Analyst will provide support for EDI Operations by managing various EDI transactions, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving technical issues related to data exchange.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and ongoing support of electronic data interchange connections with external parties
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues while ensuring smooth processes and effective communication with stakeholders
• Conduct analysis of EDI transactions, assist in application enhancements, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience analyzing EDI data for content and formatting issues
• 2 years of relevant experience using SQL queries to retrieve and display data
• 2 years of relevant experience implementing EDI setup and mapping
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
