EDI Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the EDI Analyst will manage EDI transactions including enrollment, claims, and eligibility processes while providing technical support and issue resolution for external and internal customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and support EDI connections with external parties, ensuring error identification and resolution
• Verify and monitor EDI processes, troubleshooting issues and maintaining procedural documentation
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in application enhancements and upgrades

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience analyzing EDI data to identify issues
• 2 years of experience using SQL queries to retrieve and display data
• 2 years of experience implementing EDI setup and mapping
• Knowledge of EDI 834 standards and ability to facilitate SFTP connection setup
