EDI Analyst
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs operations, the full-time remote EDI Analyst will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and interpret various transaction sets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own functional EDI workflows and partner requirements, ensuring data validation and accurate transaction processing
- Interpret and troubleshoot transaction sets, including 270/271, 276/277, and 837, while analyzing compliance and validation rules
- Document mapping requirements for new partners and support audit/compliance reviews to maintain data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 standards and SNIP validations, including error analysis at the segment or element level
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
