EDI Analyst I
Job Summary
To support the growth of the EDI/ERA Department, the full-time EDI Analyst I will engage directly with rehab therapy business owners to address inquiries related to EDI processes, resolve support tickets, and enhance customer experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to customer inquiries
- Work independently with clients to leverage creative solutions for unique needs and resolve common support ticket inquiries
- Monitor accounts for rejections or issues related to enrollment throughout the client's implementation
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of X12 message formats (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
- Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment processes for Part A and/or Part B facilities
- Experience as an EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer-related rejections
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Proven ability to work autonomously and devise innovative strategies to improve EDI/ERA processes
