EDI Analyst Specialist
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs operations, the full-time EDI Analyst Specialist will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and interpret transaction sets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own functional EDI workflows and partner requirements, ensuring data validation and accurate transaction processing
- Analyze compliance with Strategic National Implementation Process (SNIP) and document mapping requirements for new partners
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI and healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 transactions and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
