EDI Analyst Specialist
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs operations, the full-time EDI Analyst Specialist will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and troubleshoot various EDI transaction sets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage functional EDI workflows, partner requirements, and data validation rules
- Interpret and troubleshoot transaction sets including 270/271, 276/277, 278, and others
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI and healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 Loop/segment/element interpretation and SNIP validations
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- EDIFECS certification is required
