EDI Analyst Transaction Specialist
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote EDI Analyst Transaction Specialist will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and troubleshoot various transaction sets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own functional EDI workflows and partner requirements, ensuring data validation and accurate transaction processing
- Interpret and troubleshoot transaction sets, including 270/271, 276/277, and 837, while analyzing compliance and validation rules
- Document mapping requirements for new partners and integration changes, and support audit/compliance reviews to maintain data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI and healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 transactions and SNIP validations
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
