EDI Team Lead
Job Summary
To support a growing Success team, the full-time EDI Team Lead will manage a team of EDI Analysts, overseeing onboarding, performance evaluations, and process improvements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and onboard new EDI Analysts, collaborating with the internal onboarding team
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, while managing end-to-end EDI relationship for assigned accounts
- Identify process improvement opportunities and serve as the primary escalation point for complex client EDI issues
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with healthcare EDI and ERA
- Working knowledge of ANSI X12 transactions, including 837 claims and 835 remittances
- Proven experience with provider EDI and ERA enrollments
- Demonstrated people-leadership instincts and ability to build trust-based relationships
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects
