Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, and enhance the Edifecs platform for reliable Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform, including XEServer, XEngine, and TPM modules
- Build and optimize Edifecs processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to resolve mapping issues and improve system performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency with AWS cloud environments and related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
