Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, and enhance the Edifecs platform to ensure reliable Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform, including configuring XEServer, XEngine, and related modules
- Build and optimize Edifecs processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows while analyzing and resolving mapping issues
- Support release deployments and collaborate with EDI Analysts, DevSecOps Engineers, and Cloud teams to ensure system performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFICS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency in AWS cloud environments and experience with EDI troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
