Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance the Edifecs platform, ensuring efficient Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction processing.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, focusing on EDI transaction processing and related modules
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks while managing system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release deployments, environment refreshes, and upgrades
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- EDIFecs certification is preferred
