Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance the Edifecs platform to ensure reliable Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Edifecs platform, including XEServer and XEngine, to optimize EDI transaction processes
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability
- Support release deployments and collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to enhance system functionality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- EDIFecs certification preferred
