Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, and enhance the Edifecs platform, ensuring reliable EDI transaction processing while collaborating with various teams to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, focusing on EDI transaction processing and system configurations
- Build and optimize processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows while analyzing and resolving mapping and performance issues
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to support release deployments and maintain system integrity
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles, including XEServer and XEngine
- Experience in AWS cloud environments and EDI troubleshooting with root-cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
