Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the Edifecs platform, the full-time Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI transaction processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, ensuring reliable EDI transaction processing
- Configure and maintain modules such as XEServer, XEngine, and SpecBuilder while analyzing and resolving mapping and validation issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release deployments, environment refreshes, and system performance tuning
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience in AWS cloud environments and EDI troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- EDIFecs certification is preferred
