Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time remote Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform, ensuring reliable EDI transaction processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, ensuring compliance and reliability in EDI transactions
- Configure and maintain modules such as XEServer, XEngine, and TPM, while optimizing processing rules and workflows
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues and performance bottlenecks, supporting release deployments and environment refreshes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent practical experience considered
- EDIFecs certification is preferred
