Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs, the full-time Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform while ensuring reliable Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction processing in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and enhance the Edifecs platform, focusing on EDI transaction processing
- Build and optimize Edifecs processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve mapping issues and support release deployments
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- EDIFecs certification is preferred
