Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support Veterans Affairs initiatives, the full-time Edifecs Application Engineer will administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, manage EDI transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance the Edifecs platform for reliable EDI transaction processing
- Build, deploy, and optimize Edifecs processing rules, routing logic, and batch workflows
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts, DevSecOps Engineers, and business teams to resolve mapping issues and performance bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Proficiency in AWS cloud environments and EDI troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
