Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Edifecs Application Engineer will administer and enhance the Edifecs platform, ensuring reliable EDI transaction processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform, including XEServer and XEngine
- Build and optimize Edifecs processing rules and batch workflows, while managing system logging and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release deployments, environment refreshes, and upgrades
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and EDI troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity
