Edifecs Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Edifecs Application Engineer will administer, configure, and enhance the Edifecs platform while troubleshooting EDI transaction processing in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot the Edifecs platform, ensuring reliable EDI transaction processing
- Configure and maintain XEServer, XEngine, and related modules while optimizing processing rules and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve mapping issues and performance bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- EDIFecs certification is preferred
