Edifecs DevSecOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Edifecs DevSecOps Engineer will spearhead cloud migration, design automation technologies for CI/CD, and manage cloud security while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Spearhead the migration to the cloud and design high-level architecture diagrams
- Implement and manage monitoring capabilities for cloud architecture to ensure compliance and performance
- Provide customer-focused support for VA Enterprise Cloud environments, ensuring compliance with federal policies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, specifically with AWS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven track record of designing and managing AWS infrastructure and services
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, as well as containerization and orchestration tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements in cloud data architecture
