Edifecs DevSecOps Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an Edifecs DevSecOps/Integration Engineer for a full-time remote position to design, deploy, and secure AWS GovCloud infrastructure for a Department of Veterans Affairs cloud program while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and highly available cloud solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud-hosted applications and systems
- Design, develop, and operate automation technologies supporting CI/CD processes
- Implement and manage AWS cloud security controls and compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of eight years of cloud-engineering experience with a focus on AWS
- Proven experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure and cloud services
- Expertise in core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
